All about me

I am an textile artist and photographer who lives in North Wales, UK. In 2008 I graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Design : Illustration from N.E.W.I. (North East Wales Institute, now called Glyndwr University in Wrexham). I started my own business producing textile art and cushions called ‘Hellebore Textiles’, where I mainly hand paint with thickened dyes and add free machine and hand embroidery to produce textile art, cushions and greeting cards. I love to use needle felting and appliqué in my work.

Hope you enjoy reading my Blog!

  1. Vicki: this is a great website/blog. Isn’t funny that facebook can’t post our blogs, pinterest, ect that we are involved with but our other sites can. Love your work, It makes me smile.

  2. Just discovered your website while searching for machine embroidery designs. Your work is
absolutely beautiful. How long does it take you to make a baa baa cushion? Hope you do well for the Christmas season.

  3. Hello Phyllis, thanks for the lovely comment!
The Baabaa Cushion now doesn’t take me as long as it used to as I’ve made quite a few of them now. Say, less than a week. Each of them are individual though, as I make them to order…colour of settee and scarf etc.
